Automatic membership with The Timberland Sports and Nature Club bring forth exclusive rights to access and enjoy these world class club facilities: Horizon-edge Pool (Adult, Kids, and Toddlers' Pool), Multipurpose Hall, Basketball Court, 3 Badminton Courts, 2 Covered Courts, Indoor Climbing Walls, Billiards, Table Tennis, Hiking Trails and Camping Grounds & many others. 

For all standard furnished rooms, the following are provided for: Bed frame with mattresses, side tables, TV console, bed cabinets, working table w/ chair, side chair, curtains, shower enclosure and lavatory counter top.

The following are the standard facilities provided for: an air conditioning unit, Television unit, Water Heater, Refrigerator, Safety deposit box, Lamps, some lighting fixtures, Phone, towel rack and hook and hair dryer. 

Basic Supplies available for each condotel units are as follows: Linens, Towels, Water bins, Vanity containers, Glassware, Cleaning materials, Trolleys and Cleaning equipment. 

A bare unit has these finishes: Tiled flooring, Painted walls, Ceiling, Toilet, shower, lavatory fixtures, Electrical stub-outs and Provision for CATV. 

Available for the all the residents of The Leaf are the following world class amenities such as Restaurant, banquet facilities, rooms housekeeping, Sales and marketing & building management.
